Survey Recruitment

The Student E-Mental Health Project Survey strives to provide a comprehensive picture of the common mental and substance use problems affecting Canadian university students. The use of weekly samples allows for the study of trends overtime and in response to specific events. The survey also offers insights into the differential problems and needs of key sub-populations. To represent a robust sample of students, a wide variety of recruitment and reminder methods are used.

Reminder Emails to those who did not complete the survey

The research team then reaches out to a random sample of students who did not respond to previous reminders via phone and personalized email.
